These are the simple rules for playing 10,000 Farkles. By playing the game or using this site, you agree to them.

The game

10,000 Farkles is made and run by Jeff McGee. You're welcome to play it for fun with family and friends. Please don't copy, resell or try to break the game, its server or other players' games.

Playing fair and being kind

• Choose a display name that's kind and suitable for a family game. Please don't use your full real name.
• Don't cheat, impersonate someone else, or try to get into other people's accounts.
• Be nice at the table. We may remove names, rules or players that spoil the game for others.

Accounts

An account is optional. If you make one, keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens in your account. If you think someone else is using it, reset your password or email us.

Coins and items

Coins, dice, tables and other items in the game are just for fun. They have no money value, can't be exchanged for cash, and can't be transferred outside the game. We may rebalance prices, rewards or items as the game grows.

On Roblox, purchases are made through Roblox and follow Roblox's own terms. When the Android and iOS apps arrive, purchases there will follow Google Play's and Apple's terms.

Changes and availability

We're always improving the game, so features may change. We try hard to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs. We may update these terms; if we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from using it, such as lost progress. Nothing here takes away rights you have by law.
